Creek Beach and the marina

Creek Beach is a swimming beach with low-rise towers such as Savanna and Mangrove behind it. The marina and the promenade face the Downtown skyline across the water.

Getting around

Dubai International Airport and Downtown are both a short drive. There is no metro station inside the community today; the planned Dubai Metro Blue Line includes a stop at Dubai Creek Harbour.

Still growing

Two out of three sales were off-plan, so expect building work nearby for some years. Towers that are finished and close to Creek Beach tend to rent fastest.
