Living in Dubai Marina

The Dubai Metro Red Line and the Dubai Tram both stop in the Marina. The tram also runs along JBR and connects to the Palm Monorail.
Marina Walk runs along the water with cafes and restaurants. Marina Mall and Pier 7 sit on the waterfront, and the beach at JBR is a few minutes on foot.
Almost every home here is an apartment in a tower. Marina views and higher floors cost more; older towers on the inner streets are where the lower prices per sq ft are.
